Darkroom Closing for Open Studios

The Darkroom will close at 6pm on Friday, 12/4 for Open Studios. Check out all the art in the building instead! All other open hours will remain the same.

Thanksgiving Closing

The Darkroom will close at 8pm on Wednesday, 11/25 for Thanksgiving break. We will reopen Monday, 11/30 at 9am.

RM 201 Reserved

RM 201 is reserved on Monday, November 2 from 1-3:30pm. There will be no access to the room during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

New Digital Printing Station!

We have a new digital printing station set up in the film loading room in the main area of the Darkroom--a Mac G5 with Photoshop CS and Epson R1800 Printer (unfortunately no internet). It can print up to 14" wide and take any kind of paper.

The station is available anytime the Darkroom is open:

Friday 9am-8pm
Saturday 10am-8pm
Sunday 12:30pm-7pm

There's still some space to load film for developing, if you would like more room you can also use any EMPTY individual darkroom or request a darkbag from the cage.

B&W Open Hour Changes

206 is reserved on Monday, October 5 from 2-5:30pm and Wednesday, October 7 from 9-12:15 for room switches due to construction. There will be NO B&W OPEN HOURS during these times. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Darkroom Closings

The Darkroom will close at 5:30pm on Saturday, 3/7 for Open Studios.

We will also be closed for Spring Break from Saturday, 3/14 through Sunday, 3/22, and no equipment may be checked out at this time.

Color Hours Start at 4pm Wednesday

Color open hours will begin around 4pm on Wednesday, 2/25 for machine maintenance.

B&W Darkroom Closing Tues night

Closed for President's Day

The Darkroom will be closed on Monday, February 16 for President's Day. All other days will run on normal hours.
